4. The Enemy

Summary of the Story : 'The Enemy' is the story of a Japanese doctor. This doctor, Sadao is put in a difficult situation. A war is going on between Japan and America. An American prisoner is washed out by the sea and is found at Dr Sadao's doorstep. Now being a Japanese, it is his duty to hand over the prisoner to the police. But the man is badly wounded. As a doctor, Sadao has been trained to save every life if he can. So without caring for the man's nationality, he saves his life.
