Ans- A The name of the poem is 'Mother Tongue’ and the name of the poct is Padama Sachdev.

(B) 'I' is referred for whom?

Ans- 'I' is referred to the poet

12. What does the 'Quill' symbolises?

Ans- The Quill symbolises the Sharade Script which is the original script of Kashmir. Here the poet wants to make a point for Dogri which was originally written in the Sharade script but due to unknown reasons it is now in the Devanagari script.

Ans- Chacko came home for a summer vacation from Oxford. After a week he found Pappachi beating Mammachi in the study. He entered the room and caught Pappachi's hand holding the vase twisted it around his back. He warned Pappachi strictly not to do it again.

Ans- According to Ruskin the limitations of the good book of the hour are that these are not true books but merely letters or newspapers in good print. The good books of the hour are simply some useful or pleasant talk of some person whom one cannot otherwise converse with.
