Subject: Regarding poor condition of road in my area
Respected Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my concern about the poor
condition of roads in our area. As a regular commuter, I have witnessed the
deplorable state of the roads, which are filled with potholes, cracks, and

This not only causes inconvenience to commuters but also
poses a significant risk to road safety. Despite repeated complaints to the
authorities, no concrete action has been taken to address this issue.
I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate
action to repair and maintain the roads. I also request the citizens to raise
