The
Municipal Commissioner,
Municipal
Corporation, Ranchi.
Sub:
About the insanitary conditions of our locality.
Sir,
I
would like to draw your immediate attention to the insanitary condition of the
locality we live in. The street is thickly populated. Heaps of refuse and
rubbish are allowed to lie for many days with the result that they give out
foul smell. The dirt and filth lying around are great nuisance to the
passers-by. The drains are seldom cleaned and washed. There are regular pits on
the street and water collect there. They become good breeding grounds for
mosquitoes.
The
matter was brought to the notice of the Sanitary Inspector, but he has not paid
any attention to our complaint. I hope you will kindly look into the matter
personally and will redress our grievances.
Thanking
you in anticipation.
Yours
faithfully,
Satish

branches of trees. They also prevent soil erosion and help in cleansing the
atmosphere of pollution. So, it should be our sincere duty to help in the
conservation of trees.
